TERMS OF SERVICE

BATHFORTE develops through the website www.bathforte.com, a virtual store that will allow users of said website to purchase any of our products. To use the Service, the buyer must accept to be mediated by these general conditions for buyers (hereinafter the “GTC”), without restriction or reservation. This acceptance is specified by a validation click during your registration in the Service.

1. Price and payment

The purchase price of the product is set by Bathforte . It is mentioned in euros VAT included in the descriptive sheet, except for shipping costs, which will be set by the delivery company, and will be displayed within the product sheet.

Bathforte makes the following payment methods available to the buyer:

  • Virtual POS with bank card
  • PayPal
  • Direct bank transfer
  • PayGold

2. Shipping

We are committed to sending the requested products to the buyer within a maximum time of 10 working days. The seller is firmly committed to dispatching the products within the established period. The products are sent to the address indicated by the buyer and sent in the conditions chosen during their order. From that moment on, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the information that he communicates to Bathforte for this purpose is and continues to be correct, since it will allow him to receive the products he purchases through the Web. The products travel at the seller’s expense. In the event that the merchandise arrives with any breakage or damage caused during transport, it must be indicated on the delivery note and must be signed by the person making the delivery. This damage must be communicated to Bathforte at the email comercial@bathforte.com within a maximum period of 24 hours, after this period we are not responsible for the damages.

Where do we ship?

We deliver nationally and to Europe. To know the conditions for orders outside the peninsular territory it will be necessary to contact us previously.

Delivery times

Delivery times will be a maximum of 10 working days from the order processing date.

The cut-off time for your order to be processed the same day is 1:00 p.m. Those received later will be processed the next day.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are indicated in the file of each product and will vary according to the shipping address .

Delivery method

The shipment of large-volume packages such as furniture does not include delivery to the address. Delivery will always be made at street level.

If you observe any damage caused during the shipment, it will be necessary to write it down on the delivery note of the carrier to speed up the return and payment procedures. And communicate it within a maximum period of 24 hours.  

3. Personal data

The information and data that concern you are processed by bathforte.com and are essential for the management of your account and access to the service. The information necessary for the shipment will be transferred to the transport agency for this sole purpose. This information and data are also kept for security purposes, to respect the legal and regulatory obligations that apply to banium.com.

4. Returns

If you have not been satisfied with the purchase, you have a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the product, to exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalties for its exercise.

Process of devolution :

  • Communicates the desire to return
    • Write an email to comercial@bathforte.com, indicating the order number, reason for the return and photos that prove that the product has not been used and that it is in its original packaging. 
    • We will answer as soon as possible communicating the acceptance or not of the return, indicating the cost of collection and the approximate amount of reimbursement
  • Prepare the package
    • Check that the package is properly packed. Make sure that the receipt of the order is inside.
  • Request the collection
    • Once you have carried out the previous steps, write to us at comercial@bathforte.com requesting the collection and indicating the collection address and the availability hours (the hours must be long so that the transport agency can collect the order).  
    • Print the label that we will send in the same mail in which we inform the approximate date of collection.
  • Verification of the return
    • Once we receive the package and the factory confirmation that the product is in perfect condition (The process may take a few days), we will proceed to refund or replace your products.

The product must be in perfect condition, without having been used beyond its verification, and in its original packaging, as received. Otherwise, the property will suffer a depreciation.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user. In case of returning or exchanging the product for other reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

In the event that the customer cannot verify the status of the order at the time of delivery, the customer is obliged to indicate on the delivery note “Pending review”, having 24 hours to notify any possible incident due to the transport. After 24 hours from delivery, Bathforte is not responsible for any incident caused.

5. Applicable law

These conditions are subject to Spanish law. For the resolution of any litigation related to its interpretation and / or its execution, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile, waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile. Likewise, as an entity adhered to Confianza Online and in the terms of its Code of Ethics, in case of controversies related to online contracting and advertising , data protection and protection of minors, the user may go to the Confianza out-of-court dispute resolution system Online (www.confianzaonline.es)
